Service agreement
These terms govern services ordered from The Neal Host LLC through thenealhost.com. Review your product description, these terms, acceptable use policy, and refund and cancellation policy before placing an order. Contact support@thenealhost.com with questions.
Accounts & orders
Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, service availability, and abuse checks. Activation timing and available resources depend on the selected product; no guaranteed activation time is stated here.
Pricing & renewals
Starter is $2.99 USD/month, Medium is $4.99 USD/month, and Advanced is $9.99 USD/month. Taxes, add-ons, and domain charges may apply and are shown before payment. Recurring services renew according to the billing cycle and renewal terms shown in your account. Any price changes must be communicated before the affected renewal. Do not assume cancellation removes an already-issued charge.
Domains
Registration, transfer, and renewal depend on registrar and registry rules, eligibility, and availability. A search result is not a guarantee of registration until the registry confirms it. Domain pricing and renewal dates are separate from hosting. Keep registrant contact information current.
Customer content & backups
You retain ownership of your content and must have permission to host it. Maintain your own current backups. Backup services, resource limits, and restoration options apply only if expressly included in your product description. No uptime, backup frequency, or response-time guarantee is created by this theme.
Abuse, suspension & termination
Fraud, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, or other prohibited activity can result in restriction, suspension, or termination. We may act immediately where needed to protect services or address serious abuse, and provide notice when appropriate. Contact support to discuss an account action.
Cancellations, refunds & disputes
Use the client portal or contact support to request cancellation. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy and the order terms. Contact support promptly about billing errors. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
