Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions
Hosting is billed according to the plan and cycle confirmed at checkout. A cancellation request stops future service renewal once processed; it does not automatically reverse charges already incurred.
How to cancel
Log in to your client area, open the service, and use its cancellation option if available. Otherwise email support@thenealhost.com from your registered email address with the service and requested cancellation date. We may verify account ownership. Request cancellation before the next renewal and retain your confirmation.
Refund requests
No general money-back guarantee is offered on this page. Contact support@thenealhost.com with the invoice number and reason for your request. Eligibility is assessed under the terms disclosed for your order, whether services have been delivered, and applicable consumer law. Duplicate payments and billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where verified.
Domain & third-party charges
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and third-party costs may become irreversible after submission. Refund eligibility depends on registrar or supplier rules and applicable law. Check the order details before purchase.
Data & completion
Export website content, email, and other needed data before cancellation takes effect. Ask support about any available export or retention options. Refund method and timing will be confirmed if a refund is approved; no fixed processing time is promised.
