Email & Anti-Spam Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Why customers receive email
The Neal Host LLC uses service email to support customer-requested activity, including account notices, order confirmations, invoices, payment updates, password resets, and support-ticket replies. These messages must relate to the recipient’s account, service, or request.
Permission & marketing
We prohibit unsolicited bulk email and the use of purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested recipient lists. Optional marketing requires a separate affirmative opt-in; account creation alone is not marketing consent. Marketing must include an accessible unsubscribe method, accurate sender details, and our company contact information.
Unsubscribe & preferences
To stop optional marketing, use the preference or unsubscribe method in that message or email support@thenealhost.com. Essential billing, security, and service messages may continue where needed to maintain an active service or meet an obligation. Report unwanted service messages so we can investigate their cause.
Bounces & complaints
Our sending policy requires monitoring delivery failures and complaints, suppressing hard-bounced and complaining recipients from further nonessential sends, investigating repeated temporary failures, and pausing affected sending when needed. A suppressed address must not be re-added without a verified resolution and appropriate permission.
Report an email concern
Forward the message and full headers to support@thenealhost.com with a short explanation. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information. We will review the recipient source, message purpose, consent where applicable, and any delivery or complaint events before further sending.
