Use services responsibly
Use our services only for lawful activities you are authorized to conduct. Respect other users, third-party rights, and the resource limits of your plan.
Prohibited activity
Do not host or distribute malware, phishing pages, stolen credentials, fraudulent content, or unlawful material. Do not conduct unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, or abuse of third-party systems. Do not send unsolicited bulk email or use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists.
Email & resource abuse
Email senders must obtain appropriate permission, use accurate sender identification, honor opt-outs, and handle delivery failures and complaints. Attempts to evade suspension or suppression controls are prohibited. Resource use that harms shared infrastructure may be restricted while the issue is reviewed.
Reports & enforcement
Report suspected abuse to support@thenealhost.com with relevant URLs, timestamps, message headers, or other supporting information. We may investigate, request correction, restrict service, or suspend serious abuse. Provide only information necessary for the report and do not send passwords.
